Privacy Policy
LRA Labs (“we”) is a technology company headquartered in Bucharest, Romania, operating in the European Union. This page explains what happens to the information you share with us through lralabs.ro.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form we receive the details you type: your name, email address, company name, company website and your message. We also derive an approximate location (country and city) from your IP address to route your inquiry; the IP address itself is not stored with your inquiry.
How we use it
We use your details for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and, if you decide to work with us, managing that relationship. Your details are stored in our customer-relationship system (Zoho CRM, EU data centers) and are seen only by our founders and the people who handle your request. We do not sell your data, add you to marketing lists, or share your details with third parties beyond the processors named here.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and remove them when they no longer serve that purpose.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to restrict or object to its processing. Email hello@lralabs.ro and we will act on your request promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
